In a large saute pan, place water, pumpkin seeds, silvered almonds, sugar and salt

turn heat to medium high and allow the water to evaporate and some oil release from the seeds

once water evaporates from the pan, use a spatula to move the seeds around the pan and get coated in salt/sugar

continue to cook until seeds have a thin layer of salt around them and have started to slightly brown
