1In a large saute pan, place water, pumpkin seeds, silvered almonds, sugar and salt
2turn heat to medium high and allow the water to evaporate and some oil release from the seeds
3once water evaporates from the pan, use a spatula to move the seeds around the pan and get coated in salt/sugar
4continue to cook until seeds have a thin layer of salt around them and have started to slightly brown
5Place in pan
