Mix Cream Cheese, hot sauce, and ranch in a soup pot and cook medium low heat, stirring frequently until all sauces are mixed together smoothly

Cook chicken in a frying pan, and then shred the chicken into very small pieces.

Finely Chop celery stalk and add it to the sauces

Add chicken to sauces and celery

Pour all ingredients into a baking dish and top with cheddar cheese and banana peppers. Bake on 425 degrees for 10 minutes
