Steps

1Preheat oven to 375.
2Cook bacon over med heat to render and crisp, along with walnut pieces--about 4-5 mins.
3Remove stem and loose leaves from sprouts, and cut in half. Peel and cut carrots into 1 inch pieces.
4Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon and walnuts from the pan and set aside. Add the vegetables and toss in bacon fat along with salt and pepper to taste.
5Put pan into oven and roast for 30 mintues. Then add the bacon and walnuts and roast for 15 additional minutes.
