Preheat to 400

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Pour the potatoes onto sheet pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until they start to brown.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the green beans, tomatoes, olives and capers.

Arrange the halibut fillets in the center of the sheet pan and season with oil, salt and pepper.

Bake for another 10-20 minutes or until the halibut fillets are cooked through
