Steps
Sequence Step
1Coat cut chicken pieces in cornstarch and fry in 1 Tbsp. oil. Cut veggies. Saute celery, onions and carrots for 5 minutes in 1 Tbsp oil. Add mushrooms, peppers and cashews and sauté for 3 min. Add wine, soy sauce and cabbage. Stir and then cover and steam about 5 min. Add pre-cooked chicken and stir fry until hot.
