Bring 6-8 cups of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes.

While pasta cooks, melt butter over med heat in a nonstick skillet. Add green onion and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add corn, cook saute for about 3 minutes.

Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water. Drain pasta. Add pasta and parsley to skillet, toss to coat.

To serve, portion into 4 bowls. Top each bowl with a dollop of goat cheese. Garnish with additional chopped parsley.
