Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking tray with Pam.

Add Parsley, cilantro and seasonings in a bowl. Add chicken to mixture and mix well.

Create small meat balls and place on tray. Bake for 25 minutes.

In a large pot, add 1 cup of buffalo sauce and warm to medium heat. Once meatballs are fully cooked, toss them in buffalo sauce.
