Steps
Sequence Step
1Arrange 4 tortillas in dish
2spread half the refried beans on tortillas
3spread half the corn, peppers, onions, black beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce and spices on top of the refried beans
4spread another 4 tortillas on top of the first layer
5repeat steps 2 and 3
6top with remaining two tortillas and the tomato sauce
7arrange jalapeno slices on top
8bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes
