Bake until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. This usually takes 45 minutes at 375. Remove from oven and let temperature raise to 165 degrees before serving.

Make topping by combining 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 cup ketchup. Bring to boil and then simmer until somewhat reduced. Pour over the tops of your meatloaf.
