mix in the bottom of the vinegar, sugar, salt, lime juice, and garlic. Wisp together. Chop all remaining ingredients (except tomatoes) and toss in bowl mixture. Drain the caned tomatoes add to mixture, toss. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
