1chop 1/2 cup each of the nuts and oatmeal in food processor. Roughly chop remaining nuts, and add to the processed ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring until mixture melts, then foams, then cook 15 seconds longer. Pour over nut mixture. Line a 8X8 pan and press mixture firmly in pan. Chill for about 4 hours. Then cut, wrap individually and store in fridge or freezer.
