1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Lay one tortilla shell in skillet
3. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on tortilla.
4. Sprinkle diced eggs and ham over cheese layer
5. Add another layer of cheddar cheese and top with remaining tortilla.
6. As soon as the bottom tortilla is golden brown, flip the whole quesadilla over. Remove to a cutting board and cut into wedges.
