Sequence Step
1Add Steak Strips and Cornstarch to a large resealable bag, and shake until beef is thoroughly coated.
2Stir together remaining ingredients except for carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker. Then add beef and stir until covered with sauce
3Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. 30 min before the beef is done, stir in grated carrots.
