Made in a muffin tin, these are great breakfast bites! I eat two at a time, so this makes 6 servings, but adjust as needed!

Brown and shred chicken

Whisk eggs together

Steam broccoli and add broccoli and chicken to 12 muffin tins

add 3/4 of the cheese to mixture and combine well in each cup

Pour egg over the top of each, filling tin to 3/4 full

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Remove from oven, cover with remaining cheese

Let sit in tins for 3-5 minutes then remove and cool on rack
