Mix first 8 ingredients in a food processor till combined and dough forms.
Lightly grease 9x9 pan and press dough into bottom and slightly up sides. Poke the dough with a fork then bake for 10 min.

Whisk together the remaining ingredients and then let sit for 10 min for the coconut flour to absorb moisture. Whisk again till the filling is smooth.

Pour ingredients into filling and bake again for 15-20 minutes or until center is set but slightly jiggly.

Cool on wire rack for 20 min and then refrigerate until chilled.
