Step 1: First,cut each hard-boiled egg in half length wise.
Step 2: Remove yolks and place in bowl.
Step 3: In bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Step 4: Stir well, until you have a creamy paste.
Step 5: Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
Step 6: Sprinkle paprika on top to garnish
