1Assemble all ingredients
2Make the crust. Mix the first four ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees
3Make the filling: melt the chocolate with the milk, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler. Allow to cool a little. Add the egg yolks one at a time. Whip egg whites until they slide clean off the side of the bowl. Fold egg whiles into chocolate mixture. Add vanilla and pour mixture into the pie crust.
4Refrigerate
5Serve with whipped cream
