1Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare muffin tin (grease tin, or use liners).
2In a large bowl combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
3In a separate bowl cream together the butter and brown sugar.
4Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla until well blended.
5Gently stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
6Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.
7Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool, then enjoy!
