Cook onion, broccoli, carrots, ginger, red pepper in coconut oil and olive oil in a soup pan for 3 minutes. Break noodles into 2 " pieces. Add broth, noodles, and lime juice into the vegetable mixture.

Bring all to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes more or until noodles are tender. Add cilantro and garnish with green onions if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
