crack eggs into large freezer bag, seal, and shake/squeeze until beaten.

add chopped bacon, crumbled sausage, cheese, and other personal additives to the bag. squeeze as much air out as possible and seal the bag.

bring a large pot of water to boil, place bag into water (up to 8 bags), and let cook for 13 min.

carefully remove bag from water and let omelet roll onto plate. let rest for one minute and enjoy!
