Preheat oven to 375F

Mix yogurt, egg, and flour until you have a smooth mixture.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on zucchini and mix with your hands so it is coated evenly.

Grease the baking pan. Place 1/2 of the grated zucchini and top with 1/2 of mozzarella and 1/4 of the yogurt sauce. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper. Layer other half of the zucchini and top with the rest of the yogurt sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and add the rest of the mozzarella and bake for anotheer 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
