| 1 | place oatmeal oil and salt in a bowl. stir in water and let the oatmeal soak. add remaining ingredients except for flour. Beat with electric mixer adding one cup of flour at a time til mixer bogs. Turn mixture out on a floured board and continue adding flour while kneading until dough is elastic but not sticky. Rise for one hour, knead again, divide into 3 greased bread pans and bake for 40 minutes at 375 |
