| 1 | Scrub potato to remove any excess dirt and stab holes in it on each side with a fork. Then place the potato on a microwave safe plate and put it in the microwave for 6 min. | 2 | Remove potato from the microwave, if still hard put it back and continue heating for 2 min (repeat until no longer hard). Then split the potato with a knife and carefully squish the sides together. | 3 | Add all other ingredients as you like and enjoy! |
