combine first 4 ingredients and then sprinkle on both sides of chicken breast, then coat each side with parmesan and flour.

Heat skillet. When hot, add olive oil. Brown chicken breast on each side and then remove.

add white wine to deglaze pan, cook for 1 minute then add chicken broth. Bring to simmer and return chicken breasts to the pan. Simmer until liquid is reduce by half, then add green onions and capers. Cook additional 2 minutes.
