In mixer, slowly mix flour and butter until it looks coarse. Mix in the yogurt until it comes together to form a dough. Pat into a rectangle, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

Roll out into two rectangles. Fill, bake at 400 F for 30 minutes. Egg wash optional.
