mix 1/2 cup warm water with yeast and sugar set aside

mix 1 1/2 cup warm water with eggs, lemon juice, oil, set aside

Mix dry ingredients well

add egg mixture to dry then add yeast mixture and mix well for 2 minutes

let rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes

transfer into 2 miniature loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes (checking for browning. If too brown, cover with foil and continue to bake about 10-15 minutes till done.
