Recipe Description This recipe has 4 net carbs per waffle compared to 47 net carbs in a "classic" waffle. It is not crispy, but my kids loved them. I topped with butter, about a tablespoon of semi-sweet chocolate chips and a squirt of whipped cream on each of the four "sections", which brought the net carb count up to about 10 per waffle.

1Melt butter.
22. Beat eggs until well beaten with an immersion blender, or mixer.
3Add cinnamon, vanilla, salt and butter, mix well to combine.
4Add cocoanut flour and mix well with an immersion mixer to combine and remove lumps.
5Pour the correct portion onto your waffle iron. Done when lightly browned and firm.
