cook the rice. I used 2 cups rice in 4 cups water. I like to use short grain, or sushi rice. *The amount of rice in the ingredients list were altered to correlate with my observed weight per serving.*

place bacon on cooling racks in pan and put in cold oven, bake to 400F, chop or crumble, fat can be used to grease the pan(s)

whisk the eggs

turn rice, bacon and Braggs in glass bowl to cool, sushi style, add cheese before adding eggs, turn till wet

can be topped with salt, pepper, bacon and/or cheese to taste
