Sequence Step
1Mix quinoa and water in medium skillet, bring to a boil. Cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid, fluff, and let come to room temp.
2While quinoa is cooking, combine fruits in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
3Whisk together all dressing ingredients except basil, and refrigerate until ready to use. Chop and add the basil just before serving.
