Beat the egg whites and yolks seperately. Then add to the dry mixture. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the dry mixture as well. Mix until everything is moistened.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate over night.

Add the blueberries to the batter and mix gently. Pour batter into muffin tins with liners.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min.
