1In a large bowl combine the first 10 ingredients. In separate bowl combine peanut butter, honey, melted butter. Pour peanut butter mixture in large bowl. Stir. Press into 9x13 pan (lined with parchment paper or coated with butter) Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
