Grate carrots, celery, onion in food processor.

Melt butter in 5 quart saucepan.

Saute vegetables in butter until done.

Add 4 cups chicken broth.

Simmer 30 minutes.

Cut velveeta in 1" cubes.

Add velveeta cheese and soups to broth.

Cook 10-15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Add sour cream and dash of black pepper.
