Boil potatoes until tender. Pour into 9x13 pan.

Cook green beans until tender. Pour over potatoes.

Drain corn, pour over green beans.

Brown ground beef, drain, pour over corn.

Add cream of chicken soup.

Crush ritz crackers, add butter, sprinkle on top.

Bake, covered, at 400° for 25-30min until brown.
