Combine all ingredients for crust
(16 oz Cream Cheese
3 Large Eggs
3/4 c Sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla
dash of Salt)
in a medium mixing bowl. Mix for 4 minutes Bake in glass pie pan for 45 minutes at 325 degrees

Combine all ingredients for topping
(1 c (8 oz) Sour Cream
3 Tbl Sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla)
in small mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
Refrigerate topping until crust is done baking.
Add topping to crust and bake for 10 minutes.
Cherry pie filling, fresh strawberries or raspberries (pureed) can be added as additional topping after pie is completely cooled.
Finished pie must be refrigerated but pie is best served at room temperature.
