Beat agave nectar and apple sauce until creamy. Add eggs; beat until creamy. Add mashed bananas and vanilla; mix well.

In a separate bowl combine baking soda and hot water; mix well.

Add flour and salt; mix lightly. Add baking soda; mix lightly. Fold in 3/4 cup walnuts.

Pour into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining walnuts over the top.
