Sequence Step
1Season chicken with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in garlic and herbs and cook another minute or so until garlic is fragrant
2reduce to medium, or chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, flip and cook another 5 to 7 minutes.
3Scoop chicken over to sides, add remaining tablespoon of butter two empty part of pan. Once melted, and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper to taste Cook rotating for 46 minutes until tender.
4serve immediately garnish with fresh peppers and herbs if desired. Note – use one and a half teaspoon of Italian seasoning instead of dried herbs.
