1In a large soup pot, saute minced garlic in the olive oil until it smells delicious. Add jalapenos and saute a little while longer. In a blender/Magic Bullet/whatever, combine 2 cans black beans and the chicken broth. Blend until smooth. Add to soup pot. Add the remaining ingredients (1 can corn, 1 can black beans, diced tomatoes, cumin) to the soup pot. Do not drain the corn or black beans and this become part of the rue. Bring soup to boiling, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30mins s
