| 1 | Preheat oven @ 450F. | 2 | Toss leeks in roastin pan with 1/3 cup olive oil, season with salt. Roast until slightly golden, approx 30 minutes | 3 | Place salmon in shallow pan and rub with remaining oil. Set aside to allow coming to room temperature | 4 | When leeks are done, reduce oven to 275F. Season salmon with salt, place over leeks and brush with oil in pan.
