Heat olive oil in pan and add minced garlic then add ground beef and sautee until browned and crumbled. Drain fat.

Lower heat and mix in cream cheese and salt, pepper, and some garlic powder to taste.

In a medium bowl mix eggs with heavy cream and salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Spread beef mixture into 9" x 13" casserole thinly across the bottom.

Evenly pour egg mixture over beef and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until set.

Remove casserole from oven and layer on remaining ingredients. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until ingredients are cooked as desired.

Let stand for a few minutes and then slice and serve.
