Steps

1Put all of the ingredients together in a blender and mix until smooth. Be sure to put the wet ingredients in first.
2Pour approximately 1/4c batter for each pancake onto heated griddle or non-stick pan
3When pancakes bubble, flip and cook the other side until golden brown on both sides.
4Top with topping of choice and serve!
