Recipe Description This bread is so easy! And it is way versatile too. I use it to make loaves, rolls, artisan bread, and even pizza crust!

1Add water, yeast, salt, and flours to a large bowl or gallon container. Let rise in warm area for at least 1 hr up to 24 hrs(the longer you let it sit the more fermented it becomes as the yeast breaks down the flours) . Place in refrigerator for up to two weeks and use when ever you want delicious fresh bread! To bake: wet hands and shape dough into loaves let rise for 40 min. Bake for 50 min. At 375.
