In large skillet, heat the coconut oil on medium.

Add Onions and Garlic. Cook until soft.

Add meat. Cook until brown. DO NOT DRAIN.

Add spices and chocolate to meat and onions. Stir REALLY WELL.

Put tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and green chili in the crock pot. Stir it all up.

Add meat, onions, garlic and spices from pan to crock pot.

Set crockpot to 6-8 hours low.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve it up in a bowl with a 1/4 cup of cheese and 1 Tbsp of sour cream.
