Separate zucchini, green onion and feta into individual cupcake rounds

Beat eggs, 2 TBS water, salt and pepper

Pour egg mixture into each tin.

Cook in preheated oven on 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until eggs are set and no longer runny.

Remove from oven, allow pan to cool. Divide into 6 servings of 2 muffins each. Freeze or enjoy right away.
