Rub chicken breasts with mixture of cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in skillet on medium high and brown both sides of chicken breasts, around 1 minute. Remove chicken breasts and add onion and garlic. Saute until tender. Add tomato paste and water and stir, scraping the bottom of skillet. Add chicken breasts to tomato mixture and simmer 20 minutes or so until chicken is cooked through. Serve with parmesan cheese over rice or pasta.
