Mix dry ingredients first and set aside.
Mix wet ingredient second and then add fruit, nuts to the mixture.
Mix all items together gently folding until mixed well. There should be no dry clumps, if dry add a bit more water.
Bake in large muffin tin (6 muffin tin) at 400f degrees for 20-25 minutes checking to make sure centers are fully cooked.
