Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl.

Mix boiling water with oil. Add to the flour mixture along with your eggs.

Work the dough lightly with hands until smooth. Divide into 5 parts and roll out until about 1/8 in thick.

Place the first section on a well greased cookie sheet (or on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet).

Spread a thin layer of apples, nuts, cinnamon, and sugar over the dough.

Place the second layer of dough and spread jelly, cinnamon, and sugar.

add third layer of dough on top and spread raisins, cinnamon, and sugar over the dough.

Place the fourth section of dough and spread apples, nuts, jelly, cinnamon, and sugar over top.

Finally, add the fifth layer of dough and dot with oil and spread cinnamon and sugar over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into thin slices for serving.
