In large bowl mix gluten free flour mix, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate large bowl mix canola oil, eggs, water, honey, and pumpkin.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little at a time. Mix well.

Fold in nuts and cranberries.

Pour into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Check the center and bake a few minutes longer if it is still gooey.
