Sequence Step
1Sift together flour and baking powder.
2Beat oil, sugar, and eggs until light and creamy. Stir in oat bran.
3Stir whey protein into yoghurt until well blended. Add baking soda (do not let this sit for long).
4Stir yoghurt mixture and flour mixture into oil mixture alternately.
5Fold in fruit. Pour into muffin tins.
6Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
