1Finely chop onion, celery, garlic, red or green pepper. Mix with all other ingredients except oil. Form 12 tuna cakes while heating 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium heat. Fry 6 cakes at a time, 3-4 minutes each side until browned. Remove from skillet, cover with foil to keep warm. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and fry next 6 cakes. Offer with lemon juice, mustard, hot sauce, catsup.
