Steam cauliflower and place in a cheesecloth bag to drain for a couple hours. Rice or mash lightly.

Combine egg, cheese, herbs and spices into riced cauliflower and mix well.

Divide ''dough'' in half and reserve one half for another dinner. On a parchment lined pizza pan, spread dough out into a circle about a half-inch thick.

Bake in a pre-heated 400F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Add favourite toppings and bake another 10 minutes or until bubbly
